BILLINGS, CHEYENNE, OMAHA, ST. LOUIS, MEMPHIS, HOME

The trip home from Wallace Idaho….we did it in driving 4 days. 2,450 miles 🥺🤔

WALLACE IDAHO- to-BILLINGS MT

BILLINGS MT-to- CHEYENNE, WYOMING

CHEYENNE WYOMING-to- OMAHA/NEBRASKA CITY

OMAHA/NEBRASKA CITY -to- HAVANA

YEAH

Really nice little campground in Nebraska Cit’s just south of Omaha. This is our second time we stopped there only this time there were very few people in the park and the sunset was striking and wonderful

More Nebraska City as Marlene points out the rising moon

In camp on the way home

Reporting in from Cheyenne Wyoming. The plains are beautiful and the sunset was real nice. Coming across Wyoming I would say that my favorite city was Sheridan which is not far south of the Montana border. The countryside is hilly even approaching mountain ish. There are lots of trees and lots of rivers. A surprising number of rivers most of them fairly small but extremely prevalent

This is the KOA in Billings Montana which was the first KOA ever ever ever in the whole world since the beginning of time. It is KOA number one!. It was opened in like 1950/70 years ago.

One of Sasha’s new favorite riding positions is to rest her head on top of the headrest by Marlene and use that as a way to see everything in the front seat AND be able to look at the windshield

Night Falls over the Omaha area it was really perfect prepare for the last 1250 miles of driving which will take 25 hours behind the wheel.

This is our welcome home sunrise. We turned out of Dothan Alabama at about 6:15 AM and headed east on Highway 84 into Florida. Through Bainbridge and then down to Havana. As we came across US 84 the sun was rising and the cloud formations welcomed us home
